Information provided to us includes, but not limited to company’s name, first and last name, email, phone number, login name, password, address, photo, dot#,mc#, vehicle insurance, driver’s license, vehicle information, and payment information for payment processing. Customers may not be required to provide all the information requested, although customers will be prompted to fill out the necessary information to create their account.
Use of customer information
Whenever a customer places a delivery order, their information, such as picture, name, phone number, order notes, pickup, and drop off address will only be shared with the designated driver who has agreed to pickup and complete a delivery at that time. The driver may contact the customer for assistance completing the delivery.

Whenever a driver accepts a delivery order, their information, such as picture, name, phone number, and location, will be shared with the customer that have placed the delivery order. The customer may also contact the driver in regards to their order.
Driver information may be used to help increase their chances of receiving more delivery jobs through third-party delivery services.

Termination of account
